The Dalhousie Women's Centre hosts FREE Women's Self Defense Classes in partnership with Dalhousie Security Sevices. These classes are open to ALL women in the community over the age of 16.
All classes to be facilitated by Dalhousie Security Services own Leigh Horne. Female volunteers are on hand to assist and support participants (provided by Security Services and Dal Women's Centre).
Please wear comfortable clothing, runners (sneakers), and bring water.
LOCATION: ALL classes are held in the Cameron Dining Room, Howe Hall, 6230 Coburg Road
