An anti-war rally was held at Cornwallis Park, Halifax, 21 November 2009. The rally was held to coincide with the Halifax International Security Forum being held across the street at the Westin Hotel.
Former Afghan Member of Parliament Malali Joya was in Halifax as part of her Canadian tour and spoke at the rally.
