ELSIPOGTOG, NEW BRUNSWICK - After being interrogated and spending a night in the Codiac police station in Moncton, Susanne Patles has been charged with mischief and released.
Conditions of her release include a stipulation that she will "not be within 1 Km of any site where they are drilling or testing for shale gas in Westmorland County or Kent County" until August 9th, 2013.
Patles noted that the prosecution originally asked for her not to be allowed within 5 kilometres of any drilling or testing site in New Brunswick, but that the presiding judge threw these conditions out.
