An estimated 1000 students marched through downtown Halifax on Februrary 2nd, 2011 for the Student Day of Action. Students called for the government not to proceed with the 3% tuition hike and 4% funding cut to universities.

We were with you in the streets (or on the sidewalk) of Wolfville! 150 strong, with many first time protesters coming out in the blizzard.
