How can we make the Anchor Archive Zine Library a vital community space for zine-makers and zine readers? Come out and share your ideas! All are welcome at this community meeting, even if you've never been to or heard of the Zine Library before.

There will be food from the Loaded Ladle and a show of all zines, posters, performances, and other work made by 2015 participants in the Anchor Archive/Ink Storm/Sad Rad Residency program. Bring a fork and bowl!

The Anchor Archive Zine Library has been providing free access to zines and supporting zine-making in Halifax since 2005 with its collection of over 5000 zines, an inexpensive colour photocopier, other zine-making supplies and resources, a residency program, an annual zine fair, and zine-making and DIY workshops. Originally located on Roberts Street and now in Plan B Merchants Cooperative, the zine library has been through a turbulent time over the last few years and is now in need of new ideas, new energy, and a new vision.
