The Internet: Do We Really Have No Privacy and Should We Just Get Over It?

The former CEO of Sun Microsystems dismissed consumer privacy concerns by stating "You have no privacy. Get over it."  This talk will examine whether Scott McNealy was right.  Have new technologies effectively wiped away our personal privacy?  Will the government's legislative proposals do more harm than good?  Are efforts to preserve privacy legislation doomed?
