Lunch n' Learn Session - "Race and Law - Continuing the Conversation"

12:00pm
- 1:00pm
Mardi Juin 17 2014

Venue: Maritime Museum of the Atlantic
Address: 1675 Lower Water Street

On Tuesday, June 17, 2014, Robert S. Wright and Jackie Barkley will be holding a lunch n' learn session filled with food for thought about "race and law".

Subsequent to the article they recently published in the Nova Scotia Barristers' Society Record, entitled "Race as a significant variable in the legal system", Social Workers Robert S. Wright and Jackie Barkley will continue the conversation in this thought provoking lunch and learn.

On June 17th, 2014, they invite Law, Justice, and Health Professionals to bring their lunch to this session where they will expand on their article and give plenty of opportunities for questions about improving practice in legal matters involving African Nova Scotians.
