‎There will be a mass demonstration at 8:30am tomorrow (Thursday) morning at the Legislature against Stephen McNeil's Bill 37, which is "essential services" legislation which effectively removes the right to strike and fundamental collective bargaining rights from nearly 40,000 health care and community services workers in seven different unions in Nova Scotia.

 

Please circulate a call to all union members to rally at the Legislature at 8:30am Thursday.

 

At 7am tomorrow, NSGEU's legal strike of 2,300 nurses at Capital Health will begin. Nurses wi‎ll begin picketing at 7am, and will also be at the Legislature for 8:30am.
