Zine Library Training

2:30pm
- 4:00pm
Dimanche Mars 9 2014

Venue: Plan B
Address: 2180 Gottingen St
The Anchor Archive Zine Library is open at Plan B (2180 Gottingen) 7 days a week, 11-7, but will have scheduled "open hours" on Sundays 2-5pm and Tuesdays 5-7pm,  when a volunteer will be there to sign out zines, help with zine research, and help with the photocopier.  Next Sunday, March 9, from 2:30-4:00pm, there will be a training session for folks who want to do zine library open hours.  You'll learn how to sign up members, check in and out zines, catalogue zines, navigate the zine collection, and special tips and tricks for using the photocopier.  And there will be snacks!

E-mail Amanda at zinelibrary@robertsstreet.org if you want to attend or would otherwise like to get involved.  In addition to doing zine library open hours, we need folks to teach zine-making workshops, table at zine fairs, manage the zine distro, develop the website, make posters and fliers, organize events, and catalogue zines.
