Come celebrate the amazing work that goes on in our community with the Halifax Community Health Board!
On March 6th, we will be hosting a community celebration (complete with a light supper!) to honour the grassroots community building that goes on in our neighbourhoods.
Panelists from four community organizations will be available to speak to their successes and challenges in working to develop community capacity across the health and social sectors. We will also be sharing the outcomes of our recent community engagement work done for the Community Health Plan.
Come out and connect with others in our community doing amazing work at the grassroots level!
A light supper will be provided.
