Andrew Swingler has been active in the fields of research and technical strategy within the solar photovoltaic industry since 2000.  Andrew holds his doctorate in electrical engineering from the University of British Columbia and started his technical  education in Halifax at the Nova Scotia Community College – Institute of Technology. He is currently an independent consultant and has previously held roles such as Head of Technology Anticipation at Schneider Electric’s Solar Business and Principle Research Investigator at Xantrex Technology Inc.  Andrew brings tremendous hands-on experience researching and developing commercial and residential solar pv systems.
