NECC is a group of people seeking to promote and activate helpful relationships, celebrating strengths and resources to address needs in collaboration with families, residents and stakeholders in the North End of Halifax. The focus area is between Russell, Robie, Barrington and Northridge Streets. The group meets on a monthly basis and also hosts community pot lucks.
