Are you a white parent with black/bi-racial children? If YES, then this group is for you!
Sponsored by the Association of Black Social Workers (ABSW).

The program will involve guest speakers, time for participants to share experiences, learn about African Canadian history and culture, and much much more!

More than anything else, it will provied the groups members with an opportunity to become connected with others in similar situations. Offers a a non-threatening environment for parents to discuss their fears, ideas, challenges and successes in raising a child with a cultural heritage different from theirs.
