Happy New Year from HCD - Have you considered making "dance more" one of your resolutions? It's a handy way of combining "be healthier" and "be happier" into one item, and when your friends ask what you've resolved for New Years, they'll be impressed. In fact they'll probably go home and amend their own list of resolutions. When they do, be sure to bring them along to a contra dance!
