Promoting active transportation in urban, suburban and rural settings can present challenges for municipalities — and inspire innovative solutions.

Learn about three of Canada's leading active transportation projects. Speakers will:

  • present their project goals, methodologies and outcomes
  • highlight the challenges and opportunities they encountered and the lessons they learned along the way
  • discuss how these projects have helped their communities change the percentage of trips made through various modes, while improving their residents' health and mobility
