Venue: Wolfville Farmers' Market
Address: 24 Elm Ave

» More information

This Saturday, September 15th, seven of the Valley's best grape growers and wine-makers will share their harvest at the Wolfville Farmers' Market's fourth annual Valley Vineyards event. The Wolfville Farmers' Market will become a one-stop wine shop where each winery will offer free tastings and have a large selection of bottled wine available for purchase. Amy Savoury, a local sommelier will present a guided tour of a selected list of the region’s red and white wines.

“The Valley is fast becoming a winery destination in this country; and what better way to celebrate it than to come to the source ....the region where the grapes are grown and the wine made. At Valley Vineyards, as well as sampling, you get to speak with the grape growers, wine makers and entrepreneurs who are growing this industry,” said Market Manager, Kelly Marie Redcliffe.

Each winery will offer tastings and have a large selection of bottled wine available for purchase. Wineries that will be in attendance are: Avondale Sky Winery, Blomidon Estate Winery, Domaine de Grand Pré, Gaspereau Vineyards, L’Acadie Vineyards, Luckett Vineyards and Muir Murray Estate Winery.
