Two nights showcasing the stories of local Black, Indigenous, and
People of Colour (BIPOC) who are queer, trans or two-spirit.

Over the past few months, BIPOCalypse Halifax has hosted a series of
workshops to encourage and promote the work of performers who identify
as queer, trans or 2 spirit and Black, Indigenous or People of Colour
(BIPOC). We wanted to offer BIPOC people the chance to build our
skills, tell our stories, grow ourselves as artists, and explore the
magic of having a BIPOC-centered space for learning and performance.

What: We bring the BIPOCalypse: 2 Performance Nights
When: Friday July 1 (BIPOC-only audience) & Saturday July 2 (General Audience)
Where: The Bus Stop Theatre (2203 Gottingen Street)
Price: Pay what you can, no one turned away for lack of funds

Accessibility Notes:
-The Bus Stop Theatre is a physically accessible space with a ramp at
the front door and gender neutral washrooms
-Sign language interpretation for both nights
-Dedicated seating for folks with mobility devices and wheelchairs
-We strive to have this event scent safe, please refrain from using
