We are very happy to be able to welcome Patrick and Aurora from Three Sisters' House/N'Swo Nshiimenhig Endaaayaat, to talk about Indigneous Food Justice.

From their webpage: "By sharing traditional knowledge, awareness, and wisdom from Aboriginal ancestors, we empower people to make healthy, sustainable choices when feeding themselves and their communities. For some people, that means learning how to cook soups for a diabetic diet. For others, it means learning how to preserve and cure meat. And for many of our participants, it means learning about the history of food and environmental issues and activism throughout the province, especially as they relate to Aboriginal communities.
Through our workshops and lectures, we share our history and show that it’s both important and possible to make responsible choices around food, in the hope that this will lead to healthier and stronger communities."
