We invite all older LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and/or transgender) adults, the broader LGBT community, and those who provide care (whether paid or unpaid) to join us for a discussion on the end-of-life needs of LGBT older adults.
We will present initial findings from a national study on this topic. As well, we will discuss a number of resources and services that can assist LGBT Nova Scotians to prepare for later life.
Location: Northwood Penthouse - Top floor at 2615 Northwood Terrace (corner of North and Northwood). This location is accessible for all.

Dr. Jacqueline Gahagan and Dr. Áine Humble are local leaders of a research team from and Dalhousie University Mount Saint Vincent University, and one of five teams conducting this study across Canada, which has been funded by the Technology Evaluation in the Elderly Network (TVN).
