**WE WILL MEET OUTSIDE SUMMIT PLACE at 11:00 sharp!**
The HRC has dismissed Jessica's case she filed against her experience of transphobia at Dal due to "lack of evidence" which we know is a cop out. We can no longer tolerate the structural oppression and barriers to justice for trans people. 1) We demand a public apology for the mishandling and dismissal of Jessica's case and 2) a restructuring of the HRC to better facilitate a safe space for trans people and have the HRC support the fight for trans right across Nova Scotia
