This is the big one!
It's time for Dalhousie to make a decision on fossil fuel divestment. Divest Dal recently gave a presentation to the University's Finance Committee and delivered 100+ page proposal.

Now that the Board of Governors have all the information they need, it's time to ask, "What are you going to do?"

Join us at the University's Board of Governors on Tuesday, April 15th, and show your support! Help make this the moment that Dalhousie decides to divest!

-

This will be the third consecutive Board of Governors meeting we have attended. At the last two meetings, we broke the record for students attending with 30 and 60 students, respectively. This time we are planning to break that record again - and we're hoping to show up with 120 students! Come out and be a part of the largest showing of student support for an issue at the Board of Governors in all of Dalhousie University's 196 year history!

We will meet in lobby of the Student Union Building at 2:30pm, in preparation for the Board meeting at 3:00pm

Vests are highly encouraged to identify as diVesters. Look spiffy! We want to impress the BOG with our prowess and professionalism, but come as you are and bring what you can!

Wondering what all the hype is about? Check out our website ( divestdal.ca ) or always feel free to message us with any questions you may have!

Invite your friends, invite your family!
See you on Tuesday and see you in the Dalhousie history books!
