ring a rubber rat to city hall and protest the appalling conditions in the apartments owned by the Metlege family. Tenants can't live with rats, bugs, black mold, no insulation, ignored complaints, floods and faulty wiring. 

Rally to support tenants rights and demand cityhall crackdown on slumlords!
