A public information meeting to discuss:

Case#18547 - Application by the Housing Trust of NS for lands at 2183 Gottingen ST. to amend the Halifax Peninsula Land Use By-law to 1) include the site with Schedule Q; and 2) amend the height precinct to increase allowable building height; to enable consideration of a development agreement to allow a 6-storey, 115-unit building.

Case#18548 - application by the Housing Trust of NS for lands at 2215 Gottingen St. to amend the Halifax Peninsula Land Use By-law to 1) include the site within Schedule Q; and 2) amend the height precinct to increase allowable building height; to enable consideration of a development agreement to allow 9-storey, 124-unit building.

The meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend to seek information about the proposal and/or express any comments which they may have.
