As part of the nationwide Culture Days, the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21 is offering a free Viking Wire Weaving workshop. Come try your hand at this beautiful metalwork which has evolved from a type of knitting that Vikings used for textiles. Led by Lena Hardiman, in this workshop you will create your very own bracelet. For ages 12+. Space is limited. Please register with Lena Hardiman at learn@pier21.ca. Registration is first come, first served.
