Through breath and movement, relieve stress and bring stillness to your busy mind. Participants of all ages are welcome; no previous yoga experience is required. Bring a yoga mat, water and wear workout-appropriate clothing. Admission is free. This workshop is presented in English, in partnership with Helen Fong, a certified Hatha Yoga instructor.
