Interested in the growing practice of yoga? Then join us on Wednesday, June 19 for a full evening of free, yoga-related fun! Hatha Yoga Class from 5:30 to 6:40 p.m. led by certified instructor Steve Murray. Bring your yoga mat and a water bottle. Followed by a film Screening of Planet Yoga at 7 p.m. Introduction by Kerry Lawson and Kabir Raj Rana, instructors featured in the film, of Arjuna Yoga. Chai tea reception to follow. Film is 82 minutes and rated G. Presented in English.

Participez à une session gratuite de Hatha yoga, dirigée par l’instructeur certifié Steve Murray de 17 h 30 à 18 h 40. Apportez simplement votre tapis de yoga et une bouteille d’eau. La classe sera suivie à 19 h de la projection du film Planet Yoga. Kerry Lawson et Kabir Raj Rana d’Arjuna Yoga, deux des instructeurs de yoga figurant dans le film, participeront à la présentation du film. Une réception de thé chai suivra.
