Bradley Manning is the US soldier who released the classified US cables to
Wikileaks that exposed US war crimes. The US government's treatment of
Manning in detention has been widely condemned. Manning has been placed in
solitary confinement and was detained for years without due process. His
trial is finally expected in June. Blowing the whistle on war crimes is not
a crime.
