In conjunction with NSCAD’s 125th anniversary and sponsored by the NSCAD Alumni Association, Heritage Canada, Just Us! Coffee, and Local Source Market:
Unspooling Friday, September 21st is the 24-Hour Film Fest. NSCAD students come learn about notable artists in history through film, including Frida Kahlo (Frida), Coco Chanel (Coco Before Chanel) and Johannes Vermeer (Girl with a Pearl Earring). Anna and the King, about Anna Leonowens's time in the court of Siam starring Jodie Foster. The fest takes place
at the Bell Auditorium and organizers promise lots of coffee for those inclined to pull an all-nighter!
You will need to bring your NSCAD ID or other photo ID!
