Join us for a student-led discussion that will look critically at the foundations of Western Thought and into the relationship between Power and Knowledge in the shaping of History. We hope that by considering the voices that are often left out, we can add new perspectives to an age-old dialogue.

Featuring guest speakers Max Haiven, professor of Historical and Critical studies at NSCAD and member of the Edu-Factory Collective, and El Jones, critical race theorist, spoken-word artist, and former FYP tutor.

By bringing forth new voices, we open our minds to different perspectives and ultimately enrich our understanding of humanity.
