More Contributors
There are lots of great ideas for stories but we need more writers! Ben is going to draft an email out that we can send to specific people we think might be good writers or who have expressed interest in writing. More Sustainers
We are only a few sustainers away from being able to start paying writers (25 Halifax Sustainers). Once we can start paying writers (even occasionally) it will add momentum to the project. Hillary is going to send out another round of letters asking people to sustain. She will also draft an email that people can send around to friends etc.
New workshops
Hillary's doing a journalism working with GPI youth this week.
Discussions are also ongoing regarding having a skillshare at the Black Cultural Centre. Hillary met with someone about it last week.
