ELSIPOGTOG, NEW BRUNSWICK - After a four day hiatus, SWN Resources Canada's seismic testing continued today, June 19th, along highway 126 in New Brunswick.

Getting a late start to things, four 'thumpers', again under heavy RCMP watch, chose to skirt around the sacred fire encampment at the junction of highways 126 and 116 west. Instead, taking a number of side roads, they re-appeared at 6:30pm approximately 7 kilometres north of the encampment. Under the watchful eye of about 15 RCMP cruisers and SUVs stationed in the surrounding environs, the thumpers worked for about 3 hours before tucking in for the evening.
