March for the Planet: Halifax

All across the world people are coming together to hit the streets on November 29th — hours before the most important climate summit this decade, taking place in Paris (COP21). If hundreds of thousands of us join events in cities and towns everywhere, we’ll show our leaders meeting in Paris that our movement cannot be ignored and we will accept nothing less than an ambitious climate deal, with a global commitment to 100% clean energy! 

The Halifax march will begin at 1pm. We'll start at Victoria Park, march down Spring Garden, and likely return to Victoria Park, with a few speakers at both ends. Music too we hope! The route will be clear soon.
