ARK Outreach Fundraiser at the Seahorse

9:00pm
Vendredi Juin 6 2014

Venue: The Seahorse Tavern
Address: 1665 Argyle St.

Cud Eastbound will be hosting the ARK Outreach Fundraiser, for his album release and tour kick off concert at the Seahorse on June 6th 2014. All proceeds will be donated to the ARK, a non-profit drop-in centre for street involved and homeless youth in Halifax, NS. For over 14 years the Ark has been providing youth with a safe place to go, meals, showers health serviceses and overall support.

Supported by other local artists Willie Stratton & the Boarding Party and The State of Alaska, Cud Eastbound hopes to raise over $2000 for the ARK.

"It is my final show in Halifax, I'm moving to the Yukon, and really wanted to give back to a community that has supported me so much." says Eastbound.

Cud Eastbound, who plays honest & vulnerable folk, will be celebrating the release of his new album "Leaving" and preparing for a 2 month cross Canada tour. Cud will share the stage with Willie Stratton and the Boarding Party, a howling, seething hurricane of ferocious folk and the up and coming State of Alaska, whose heartfelt witty lines and soul inspired rock are sure to leave an impression.

Advance tickets are available in person at The Goodfood Emporium (2186 Windsor St) PRO Skates (6451 Quinpool Rd). Tickets are also available online at www.LostWarren.com, and www.allwevegot.com.
