Please join us in this engaging public talk by Marc Jolicoeur, of Velo Quebec. Marc is an engineer, researcher, educator and promoter of Active Transportation and has been working in the field for over 20 years. In addition to authoring design guidelines and serving on safety committees, he has been involved with the development of Quebec’s famous Route Verte Cycling network. Marc will speak about how communities can develop their bikeways networks.
