East Coast Environmental Law is pleased to announce its 3rd Annual Environmental Law Workshop:

Neighbourhood Watch: Bringing a Private Prosecution in Nova Scotia

July 27 - 31, 2009 in Annapolis Royal, Halifax and Sydney, 9am - 2pm.
Private Sessions, 2-4pm. (NOW ACCEPTING PROPOSALS)

Private Session: Know of an environmental offense or issue? Wondering if private prosecution may be the right path to take? We will be offering private, small group sessions to discuss your issues with experienced legal professionals on a first come, first serve basis. If interested in this unique opportunity, please submit a proposal to East Coast Environment Law, by completing the attached form. We will endeavour to address as many proposals as possible, however space is limited for this exciting opportunity.
