CRISIS! : Not Enough Appropriate Homes for Nova Scotians with Developmental Disabilities

The intention of organizing a public demonstration is to move politicians as well as to alert the public to the housing crisis facing Nova Scotians with Developmental Disabilities.

"Everyone deserves a Home (Article 19 UNCRPD)"
"Stop Building Institutional Placements"
"Abuse! 1-Braemore 2-Riverside 3- Where next?"
"Don't put us back in poor houses"
"I don't need institutional placement, I need a home!"

The event will also be taking place at Provincial Building, 360 Prince Street, Sydney.
