Public Workshop for Purcell's Cove Sewer & Water

A large private parcel of land surrounding part of William's Lake has been sold to a developer.  HRM seems poised to extend water and sewage to this area (Purcell's Cove) which will prospectively enable a development to go forward.  The majority of residents are opposed to the extension.  
 
If you have ever swum in William's Lake or hiked/biked in the backcountry you may be interested in participating in the following planning exercise:
 
Tuesday October 9, 7-9 p.m. -- Public Workshop for Purcell's Cove Sewer & Water This is the one and only opportunity for public input on this issue.
