Free Canada Day Festivities at the Canadian Museum of Immigration at Pier 21, Sunday, July 1. Museum open to the public free of charge all day: 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 1055 Marginal Road, Halifax. www.pier21.ca. Official Citizenship Ceremony, 10 to 11:30 a.m., presented in partnership with Citizenship and Immigration Canada. All are welcome. Multicultural Fair, 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. featuring diverse performances and activity stations for all ages. Cake and punch will be served. Explore the Museum’s main exhibition dedicated to the Pier 21 years, and our newest temporary exhibition, Shaping Canada: Exploring Our Cultural Landscapes, which highlights the ways that culture is shaped and shared across the country.
