The Atlantic Canadian Organic Regional Network (ACORN) is pleased to announce that it will holding its twelfth annual Organic Conference and Trade Show at the Holiday Inn Halifax Harbourview, November 11 -13, 2011.

This is the largest organic farming and food conference in Eastern Canada, attracting more than 500 people from across the country.

Local and international speakers will be sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm for organics through more than 40 workshops over the three days. Topics covered will include Eating in Season, Farming in the City, Self Sufficiency, Soil Health and Fertility, Livestock and much more. 

If you are interested in farming, organics, and local food, don’t miss this conference–the ACORN conference circulates between the Maritime Provinces and will not be back in Nova Scotia until 2014.
