Our AGM is open to all members and is a chance to learn about what we’ve been up to in the past year, and to help shape where we’re going from here. Tasty local refreshments will be on offer and a reception will follow from 8:00-8:30 pm.

This year’s AGM will feature:

•    Special Presentation by Richard Bridge, Charity Lawyer

•    Updates from our Board and staff

•    Presentation of the EAC’s Annual Awards

•    Board of Directors Election (see nominees below)

•    Post-meeting reception

Members are invited to review the following documents prior to the meeting:

•    the meeting agenda

•    list of proposed volunteer directors (board members) for 2014-15

•    a special resolution on proposed changes to EAC’s Memorandum of Association (your Societies’ objects)

-our current Memorandum of Association

-the proposed Memorandum of Association

•    a special resolution on changes to our governing By-Laws

-proposed changes to our By-Laws

Members, especially those living across the Province, who would like to participate in the AGM virtually should contact us prior to the meeting.
