Saint Mary’s University invites you to attend an event marking the International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination -- a day created by the UN to commemorate the lives that have been lost to fight for democracy and equal human rights. Guest speakers include: Dave Ervin, NS Human Rights Commission, Dr. Darryl Leroux, Sociology and Criminology faculty at Saint Mary's University Erin McIntosh, political science student. They will be discussing Human Rights and Peace Education being done internationally and within our community. The Joseph Howe Elementary School Choir will also be performing.
