The Bras d'Or Lakes CEPI (Collaborative Environmental Planning Inisiative) is hosting a free public lecture featuring Dr. Bruce Hatcher, Chair in Marine Ecosystem Research at CBU.  Dr. Hatcher will deliver a presentation about renewable energy research in the Bras d'Or Lakes, inspired by UNESCO's World Water Day theme for 2014, "Water and Energy".  The event will include the presentation of the annual Bras d'Or Golden awards, followed by light refreshments.
