Please join members of the Atlantic Soto Zen Centre for a free public talk at the Keshen Goodman Library (330 Lacewood Drive) on Friday, November 8 at 3 p.m.

The talk will be led by Rev. Taiun Elliston Roshi, Abbot of the Atlanta Soto Zen Center and head of the Silent Thunder Order. Rev. Elliston will explore the impact of Zen Buddhist meditation on mental health and how meditation can change the ways in which the world around us is perceived and processed. Elliston Roshi will answer questions following the lecture of about an hour.

All are welcomed to attend.
