The Halifax Media Coop hosted its third journalism skillshare on April 21. About 15 people braved the freezing spring rain for a great workshop on filming techniques, interviewing for video and editing news pieces.
The HMC journalism skillshare series has been a huge success and we plan to do more over the summer.
Keep an eye on the site for upcoming HMC workshops and regular story meetings for contributors - not to mention print, audio and video journalism about what's happening in your city!
